your self help options are rubbish! outsource to Mars

Microsoft Outlook 2003 has developed an issue where it cannot log onto my
SMTP server. I cannot figure this out. Your online help on various MS
websites are absolutely rubbish in terms of offering any means of resolution.
You may as well have not employeed the agents you did to post the absolute
waste of space that your support websites provide.

Your "suggestion" post is an absolute waste of bandwidth. If you have a
problem with your SMTP server settings, the first place to start is with
your ISP and their Web help.
