Make error messages easier to find

I am unable to receive messages, receive error message 0x80040900

Typically that error is because Outlook cannot find the email server, can
you open up a command prompt (DOS Prompt) and telnet to the server, a
typical telnet command would be "Telnet mail.server.com 110" without the
prompts and mail.server.com would be the information that you put into the
incoming pop3 server section when you set up the account. You may have to
talk to your email provider to get it resolved.
