Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients

Whenever I try to send mail to a particular address using
Ol I am getting this error "The destination system is
currently not accepting any messages. Please retry at a
later time. If that fails, contact your system
administrator". I am able to send mail using hotmail.

It sounds like the recipient's ISP is not working correctly.
