Messages do NOT reach intended RECIPIENTS--huh?

My outgoing emails keep getting blocked. I get this
message from the "System Administrator":

"Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients.

"533 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed
rcpthosts (#5.7.1)"

Note: I have a Linksys Wireless G network; each of my PC's
has Norton A/V and Norton Personal Firewall enabled. I do
NOT scan outgoing emails in Norton A/V.

I temporarily disabled Norton Personal Firewall, and but
OUTLOOK keeps slamming me.

However... I ALWAYS reach ALL of these "recipients" using
OUTLOOK EXPRESS--even with Norton A/V and Personal
Firewall enabled.

Thanks for your help.

Are you 100% sure you're using the same settings for outbound mail in
Outlook as you are in OE? This message isn't from Outlook - it's from the
mail server.
