Can't send email

I am after starting to get this message when I try to
send emails to certain addresses. It is a personal copy
of outlook and I am not on a server
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients.

You probably need to authenticate to the outgoing server, which can be done
on the "Outgoing Server" tab for your account.
