You have lost your connection to the Windows Help and Support

Using Windows Vista Ultimate. When I try to use Windows Help, it displays:

"You have lost your connection to the Windows Help and Support website. Try
to connect again."

I have no other connection problems. Thanks for any help.

Maybe you Antivirus or Firewall program you have installed is blocking it,
you might want to check those.

I am using Windows Live OneCare. I even turned Virus and spyware monitoring
off as well as the firewall but it didn't fix the problem.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't fix my problem. I think I'll try
System Restore going back as far as it can. Thanks again.
