Would Microsoft please wake up and answer this problem. It is popping up all
over the net and no one seems to have any way to fix this except to
re-install windows and then re-install the office suit. If any one has any
idea how to fix the problem (even someone from microsoft) be a hero and put
the answer out there. Otherwise, just tell us if we have to do a total
re-install! >=(

State under what conditions this occurs and what version of Outlook you're
using. I've seen many solutions to this problem in various forms ut you
don't supply enough information to decide which fits you're conditions.
