I am using ASP and Frontpage to send a message to a user based on what email
address they have entered on a form. Some emails are received and others are
not. When the emails bounce back, the have the following cause:
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For assistance,
contact your system administrator.
<mail.isisva.com #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for
(e-mail address removed)>

How do I correct this?
