You cannot close Microsoft Office Word because a dialog box is open

I get this message when closing Outlook 2003. This only started happening
after upgrading to 2003 from 2002
" You cannot close Microsoft Office Word because a dialog box is open.
Click OK, switch to Word, and then close the dialog box."

This was all caused by a Word Startup Global Template installed by Practice
Master Software. The Security setting in Word 2003 was set to high, so the
template was not running. Setting the Macro security setting to prompt
identified the culprit. I could not remove the DOT file from the Template
and Add-in screen , because it was in the Office11\startup folder. So, I
removed the file using Windows Explorer. Everything works fine now.
