Yearly ESET/NOD sub about to expire - resub?

I bought the ESET/NOD suite last year. Seems to be "the best" at least
a year ago.

Should I resubscribe? I'll never use norton again, or kapernsky.
Should I try that free AVG software?

AVG is nice, but it isn't as nice as NOD32.
I have used both, and I would renew NOD32.

The new version of AVG is a bit of a resource hog, and their paid for
'suite' is worse then useless..

Did you ever get a virus. I use AVG free. I don't know why I bother with
anything, never get a virus or a warning, but I am reasonably careful.
The latest AVG free is trouble free, but does take up more resources
than earlier versions.
I like Avira, but if you use Zone Alarm, it keeps the tray icon for ZA
continually active. No big deal.

Way too expensive. Check ebay for a boxed version of a quality anti virus.
