yahoo messenger

hi there
whanever i want to use /open yahoo messenger,
a window popup and tell that"yahoo messenger is encounter
a problem and need to close,please tell this problem to
microsoft.
than one erroe reporting window pops up and says that
send error report if i send error report than error
report complete than close the window.
but i can not use the yahoo messenger.
