yahoo email not sending

I am using windows email. All of my emails get sent except for one to a
yahoo account. I have tried posting the email address, replying to emails
sent by the yahoo sender, everything. I have rechecked the address numerous
times and I have it correct. I do not receive an error message. The
recipients just tell me they never get my emails. Why is that?

When you send a message to that Yahoo address, is a copy of the sent message
deposited in your Sent Items folder? If so, your Windows Mail has done all it can.
Failure to arrive would be due to an excessively aggressive spam filter at the Yahoo
server end. Also, the Yahoo user should check his Spam folder.
