Vista and Windows Mail

I have been using Windows Mail w Vista for a while now. Suddenly I cannot
receive any emails. I am not getting any error messages, merely no emails.
I know there have been emails sent to me today that have been returned to
their senders. I know antivirus programs can interfere so I just uninstalled
mine. This did not help. Neither did restarting my computer numerous times.

When I send an email from my yahoo mail to my windows mail, this is the
error message I get in my yahoo inbox:

Your message cannot be delivered to the following recipients:

Recipient address: xxx deleted xxx
Original address: xxx (deleted) xxx
Reason: LMTP transmission failure has occurred
Diagnostic code: lmtp;550 5.2.2 Delivery failed: Over quota
Remote system: dns;resst188v.mailsrvcs.net
(TCP|172.19.169.129|60303|172.19.1.188|225) (vms188.mailsrvcs.net -- Server
LMTP [Sun ONE
Messaging Server 6.2-8.01 [built Nov 27 2006]])

Please help!

Thanks

The error message indicates that the account you have
associated with Windows Mail is "over quota." This means
you are storing too many messages on that mail server.
Do you have webmail access to that account? if so, access
it via webmail, then delete excess messages. If your mail
provider doesn't offer webmail access you can use
http://mail2web.com for access to that account.
