i have a problem in downloading emails to my MS outlook whihc are with
attachments.

please advise remedy.
all my emials are blocked becasue of emails with attachments

Hello NCoronha,
The problem is.... MS Outlook AND MSN mail will not allow attachements that
are .exe to come through your mail box. They will view them as a potential
threat to your pc.
The sender has to package the file before sending.
Meaning, they should zip the files then send them out. Then you'll be able
to get them in your Outlook and MSN mail.
I suggest that they split the file into parts if it is larger than 10MB.
You'll get them faster that way. You'll have to rejoin them after receipt.
(Easy task)
Winrar is an easy program to use for packaging.

If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable/uninstall
this integration and try again.

There's no evidence whatsoever in the original post that this is a
contributing factor. The OP said all mail with attachments are having
issues and I'd be surprised if the attachments are all EXEs
