Xuron55 Spybot error

Hello all,

Whenever I run Spybot in normal or safe mode, I get the error:
Xuron55 (Datei C:\Windows\win.ini kann nicht geoffnet werden.
What is Xuron55, and can anyone assist me with how to go about removing
it from Windows XP if it's problematic?
