SpyBot S&D Problem

I've just updated my SpyBot S&D definitions, and tried running a scan (using
XP SP1). Towards the end of the scan I get the following error:

Error during check!
Cabrotor (Datei C:\WINDOWS\win.ini kann nicht geoffnet werden. The process
cannot access the file because it is being used by another process)

Is anybody else seeing this?

Something similar here (XP SP2) updated definitions today - towards the
end I get

Error during check!: BackOrifice.B (Datei C:\WINDOWS\wininit.ini kann
nicht geöffnet werden. The process cannot access the file because it is
being used by another process) and the second time
Error during check!: InterFun (Datei C:\WINDOWS\system.ini kann nicht
geöffnet werden. The process cannot access the file because it is being
used by another process)

Is anybody else seeing this?

Many thanks for the responses. They seem to have fixed it, doing a further
'download updates' does the trick.
