XP will only print from Admin account

I have gone thru and assigned the correct user rights,
updated my HP drivers. Installed and uninstalled time and
time again. I can not get the printer to even spool from
any programs. I can print a test page thru HP's software
but nowhere else. I have done everything HP said to try,
now it's up to MS.

Which make and model printer and how are you connecting it to the PC.

Have you done a COMPLETE uninstall and reinstall..

Omitting step 4 will merely allow XP to reinstall corrupted drivers.

Hp 2210 all-in-one. I have done a complete uninstall and
reinstall. I can print from the admin account but no
others, how is that a corrupt driver?

If you have Norton Antivirus on your PC, try setting the printer to print
direct, rather than through the spooler
