xp updates

when if ever can I remove old windows updates/hot fixes??

My question is, does the service packs (1) ect. include
all updates prior to service pack release??? If so can I
remove prior updates to service pack????

Greetings --

You should never remove any hotfixes/windows updates. When you install SP1
it included all Pre-SP1 hotfixes along with many that had not been released.
So, basicly it's not taking up any "extra" space
