Although I have downloaded and installed this update
twice I am still getting a message to say that is
available to download for my system. Any suggestions on
how I can get rid of this annoying message please.

Go to the update page,(start-all programs-windows update)

or(http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp)
however you prefer,then check personalize windows update-
then click the link there for check for updates-when they
come up on this section you can uncheck the box for it so
it won't show again-then click the button for save
settings.Then exit and go back in,check for updates from
there,it shouldn't come up anymore.
