When I hit ctrl-alt-delete, the task mgr window pops up for split second
then vanishes from the screen. The task mgr tray icon shows up in the tray
until the cursor is moved towards it, then it vanishes as well. Regedit and
msconfig.exe act in a similar fashion when opened.
Anyone know what's causing this?
