XP SP 2

I am unsure if XP SP 2 installed or not. I set it all to automatic but it is
not showing as being in the Windows update.

Internet Exlorer help show it as being SP 2 under help.

What am I doing wrong?

When i go to the download site, it say XP SP 2 installation failed.

Start > run > "winver"

Right click My Computer and select Properties. Under System it will show
whether Service Pack 2 is installed.
