XP PRo - Have Administrator Access But It's Not Active

Hi, at work we have a couple Dell GX620 ghosted with our standard XP Pro
image. We can log onto these networked PCs OK, but those assigned admin
access don't have admin admin access. Someone told me they had seen this
before but didn't remember if anybody found a fix for it. Any idea how we
can gain admin access to these PCs?
