XP Pro Freezing aal the time since I used Windows Update

Ever since I used Windows Update for my copy of XP Pro it
has been freezing every 10 - 15 minutes or so! I need
help, what can I do to fix this problem? I have formatted
and started all over again and as soon as I use Windows
Update it starts freezing again!

This may be caused by not enough or bad RAM, or poor

cooling is resulting in over heating. Have at least 256 MB
of memory minimum for XP to run well.

Did you resently install service pack 1?
If you did this may be the cause. go to microsofts web
site and search for Servicepack1 Updates. Sorry I dont
remember the exact name of the file but this should still
get you to it.
