XP PRO AND INTEL DESKTOP UTILITIES

I get error msg when loading or running intel desktop utilites on xp pro
system

SERVICE PROGRAM IS NOT ACTIVE

what did I do wrong? Thanks for help

Larry I have the same problem. So far I haven't been able to fix it. I
suspect that cleaning my registry for errors is the cause of my
problem. If you find a fix please let me know.
