XP password error

I have a machine (XP/HE) with 2 profiles. When user1 uses his profile, he
cannot get access to his email or etrade websites. When he uses his wifes
profile - he gets the required access.

Machine is running Nortons and Webroot. Any ideas?

When there are more than one account it is supposed they are used from
different people.
It depends on the profile type - Administrator or Limited user account.
Administrator has full privilages but the limited is just limited.

Let the administrator change all accounts to administrators and then make
other full settings to the different profiles .

You may also make different identifies or more than one profile
