XP OS and Outlook XP 2 eMail profiles

Each memeber in our house has their own user profile for
XP and we want each user to have their own Outlook email
through microsoft exchange server... I cannot figure out
how to set this up and have been all over the internet...
Anyone who has done this, please send the details. Thank
you....

If everyone has their own XP profile, just create new mail profiles for each
while logged in - what version/mode of Outlook? (see help | about)....
