XP keeps dialing up

Hello everyone,

I'm sure this question has been asked before but I can't seem to find
anythink on the news group just now.
I have 2 pc's conected via a network. when I fire up the second pc the
server automaticly dials up to my
isp. how do I stop it. My wife is ready to choke me.

Assuming that the second computer terminal is NOT the
primary ISP terminal, disable the 'Connections'.

Open your browser window(Explorer), Tools, Internet
Options, Connections Tab, 'Never dial a connection'.
