XP issue with Canon zoom EX software

Using Zoom Browser EX on home PC and it does not display the PC's directory in order to select and manipulate pictures. I loaded the same software on my XP laptop and the directories appear . Tried to reinstall, no luck

Do you have the current upgrades. My current version is 4.5.1.148
