XP incompatability issue

Can anyone help me? When trying to upgrade from ME to XP, I keep getting a
conflicting issue message from XP when it runs the setup report before it
will actually load XP on to my system. It keeps saying that setup has
detected an incompatability between your (my) video card & computer's
mainboard. I have an older M/B (Gigabyte GA-5AX, rev. 4) and a Diamond V770
TNT2 video card (both are a bit dated but I would think should work) with
all the drivers loaded that I could find off the web for XP, but I cannot
get past this stupid message to load XP Pro. Any ideas anyone....? Thanx
in advance.

If you want to save yourself a lot of headaches, change the video card. XP
is clearly having problems with it during setup, I don't know if you
installed XP drivers but if you ran the compatibility wizard before trying
to upgrade and it reports this to be an issue, whatever drivers you've
installed are not sufficient and worse, if you manage to get by it, you will
still have problems with crashing and system hangs after setup completes.

You don't need anything fancy or exotic, just a card that is XP compatible.
Once you have the card, even though it is new, be sure to check the
manufacturer's website for the latest drivers because you have no idea how
long the card was on the shelf at retail or in a warehouse somewhere.
