video card/MoBo incompatability issue

Can anyone help me? When trying to upgrade from ME to XP, I keep getting a
conflicting issue message from XP when it runs the setup report before it
will actually load XP on to my system. It keeps saying that setup has
detected an incompatability between your (my) video card & computer's
mainboard. I have an older M/B (Gigabyte GA-5AX, rev. 4) and a Diamond V770
TNT2 video card (both are a bit dated but I would think should work) with
all the drivers loaded that I could find off the web for XP, but I cannot
get past this stupid message to load XP Pro. Any ideas anyone....? Thanx
in advance.

.uninstall the video drivers, xp will use default
drivers once the setup is complete update the video
drivers with the lastest that are compatable with xp

Suggest you get a new video card. If it is preventing you from loading the
O/S, all the drivers in the world will not help you. They are installed
after the system is loaded.
