I recently reinstalled xp home and sp2 from a disc.When i turn on the
computer it goes to my site instead of the welcome page.When I log off it
goes to the welcome page.The welcome page is enabled. I tried the safe mode
and no change. I tried using a password but it freezes on the installing
windows screen and i have to restart in safe mode to turn off the password.I
contaced compaq but so far they have not helped. any ideas
