XP Home Logon Issues

My wife's notebook computer, a Dell Inspiron 6000 which has been working fine
since new, suddenly needs a password for all accounts. It doesn't matter
which password you give, you get the "System Cannot Log You on Because Domain
<computer_name> is not available." error message.

I can log into Safe mode normally on her account or Administrator account,
but I cannot login to the Administrator account successfully under Recovery
Console.

I found a similar issue( for WIN2000) in MS Knowledge Base which said it had
to do with 128-bit encryption pack, and said that a Windows\System32 file,
rsaenh.dll, was likely corrupt. I tried there fix of getting the same file
from another computer, but it did not work, so now I'm stuck. I also noticed
a similar message on this group, which had not been answered.

Could anyone provide some help here?

Update:
Tried Reinstalling XP Home with Upgrade option, and have exactly same issue,
except now I can't get in Safe Mode until I activate again (forgot to backup
activation files).

So current result is I can only get into Recovery Console, which doesn't
help me until someone tells me what I need to do...

Please help!
