Hey,

You can delete the partiontion with a program like Partition Magic,
then you can boot with your XP-cd and go to te repair console. There
you most run fixboot and fixmbr, to fix your mbr.

Success!!

Admin account. Computer managment, disk managment, delete whatever partions
you need to. Of course don't delete NTFS or FAT32.

Or have a windows boot disk and fdisk (y) on large disk support,

then (3) delete partition,

then (4) delete non-DOS partition.

then delete non-dos partitions

Your finished. Wait! make sure your (2) set active partition is set to
boot from C:

then you 'must' fdisk /mbr to reset the master boot record so your
computer will boot into windows.
