xp driver and graphics errors

I am still having a problem of a no disk processing error that seems to imply
a corrupt or missing driver. The event viewer seems to imply a hard drive
poblem. I have attach the event viewer below. It is just presented as
information not an error.

I also am having the problem of some graphics locking up the pc, in
particular *.wmv files. I can view U-Tube movies and have cleaned my cpu and
graphics card cooling fans with no changes. Even my "witcher" game will
lockup after 10-20 minutes. There is no event viewer for these stopages.

Any Ideas on how to proceed?

I suggest a search with Google, using this search term:

No Disk : Exception Processing Message c0000013

In future please do not start a new thread when a previous problem is
unresolved -- that deletes all the give-and-take that came before.

I'm not sure what to look for, but many of the remedies point to Norton and
quicktime. I do not have Norton and ran a Quicktime repair, but I still may
have a problem. I also deleted xp media center. I am running Grisoft AVG
and Ad-Ware.

I'm also wondering if there is a way to determine from the Event viewer if
there is an order to the starts? It ran a remote access connection, No disk
Exception c000013, another No disk Exception c000013, IMAPI CD burner com
Service, another No disk Exception c000013 and then a Windows installer.

Sorry about the other message because it said there was an error. I hate
to think about reloading XP.
