Microsoft Help and Support Center Page is Blank

I am using Windows XP SP3. I occasionally have errors logged in my Event
Viewer. I double click them and have the option to get more information by
clicking http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp. However, in the past few
weeks or so, that page is always blank. Does Microsoft no longer offer help
and support from this page? Thanks for your assistance!!!

I tried it and it put up the page from Microsoft and then I had to
wait a while - maybe 20 seconds for anything to show up, but it did
eventually.

Try a couple other different errors and wait a while. If it works on
others try your first one again once you know it really does work if
you wait. Maybe they have no information.

You can also browse right to their WWW site at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp
then answer some questions and maybe get some answer(s). This is the
underlined address you click in the message to send the information to
them.

I think I would rather just use google to look for Event ID whatever
it is but there may be some good information to get started from the
Microsoft information if you are patient.

Jose,

Thanks for the tip. I guess I was just being a bit impatient. After
waiting for about 20 sec. the page did indeed appear.

Thanks
