XP and Ghost

I have 2 PCs (same brand; same hardware; two sets of CDs with different XP
licenses) I will be rebuilding one of them from scratch using one set of
the supplied CDs including XP Pro. After completion and configuration, I
would like to Ghost the image to the other. This will not be a problem.
What do I need to do change the license on the second PC?

Search MS site for info on the sysprep tool. This will strip the SIDs from
the second machine, and force a reactivation.
