XP 64 OEM Licensing

Hi to all,
I have a lot of windows XP 64 OEM wkts and I want to install Windows XP Pro
on this wkts. Did the license of XP 64 cover this downgrade?

Should I reinstall all the system without bought any licence of XP Pro?
