XMS Driver is not installed

I recently upgraded my Windows 98 SE to Windows XP Pro.
Whenever I try to run a DOS program, I get the error :

Error: An Extended Memory manager is already installed.
XMS Driver is not installed.

But after the error is shown, I can still run the DOS
program. Can anyone help?
