xmnt2002 not found, skipping autocheck in Win XP Pro

when start the PC under WinXp Pro, had a blue screen (for
harddisk scanning) with one line on top " xmnt2002 not
found, skipping autocheck" without any HDD check. It took
at least 10 to 20 sec to enter the desktop. Cannot find
the file xmnt2002, I don't know what is it? Please help
for how to get rid of this.
