Xerox Phaser 6130N out of paper when it isn't!!

I have this printer which can print test pages from the front panel, but
shows "Out of paper" in "Pinter and Faxes" under status.

Despite turning the printer off and on, opening covers, removing paper and
adding paper, I can't seem to get rid of this "Out of paper" status, and
hence can't print anything.

This isn't the first time I've seen this but can't recall how I reset the
status to "Ready".

Any ideas?

It seems by running "Activate Printing Scout" it seems to have done the
trick and reset the status!
