Xerox docuprint 4512 paper jam - need service manual?

I just acquired this printer which does not feed the paper beyond
the roller after the rollers in the paper tray. The machine makes
a bit of a grunching noise as it tries to feed the paper. It
appears as though the roller just before the toner may not be
turning properly.

Does anyone have any hints on this problem, or know where I can
get a good deal on a service manual for this printer. I can't
seem to find it on the Xerox site.
