Wxp SP2 shadow copy

okay.shadow copy client is default installed. is there a way to uninstall or
disable the shadow client on a windows xp with sp2 client??
i dont want ordinary users to restore the backups.

To disable or reset shadow copy,go to run,type:services.msc In msc,scroll
to the service,double click,edit...
