Wrong date on incoming messages

How do I correct date on incoming email messages? Although today is October
11, they are showing as having been received on October 12th?

The date in Windows Control Panel is correct - and actually some messages are
now coming in with the correct date although I didn't change or do anything
to the system.

And your regional settings are correct, CMOS time is correct? I have had
similar issues where the time and date is correct, but for some reason the
Time Zone was set to the wrong region, and this was throwing things
