writing to record - data entry form

Hi. Can anyone help me?

How do you write to the table a field ([FieldPopup]) that
has its control source set to:

[FieldPopup] control source =Forms![FormMain].form!
[FieldMainForm]

I open a popup form from a main form, and [FieldPopup] is
displayed correctly on the popup.

I do not know how to write this viewed result to the
table. How can this be done?
