Writing a fraction

Can someone tell me how to type a fraction in Word in which the line would be
horizontal instead of diagonal, and the fraction would be close to the size
of the text?

You can Insert Symbol, then using the MS Reference Specialty font, select
from a number of fractions in the set. They do have horizontal lines. I'm
not sure where I got this font from, but assume it came with Word.
