Write a letter to a BCM contact with the use of my own word templa

Hi,

Do you know how i can write a letter to an outlook business contact manager
contact without going through the wizzard? I want to assign my own word
templates (.dot) files and automatically apply the contacts name etc. Maybe
it is possible that the letter automatically attaches to the communication
history of the active contact?

Highlight the contact and run through the mail merge from the tools menu
using your template in Word. You could then save the document and link it
manually to the history as a file.
