would you please help I.E browser problem

what is new component service in Microsoft windows xp professional service
pack 2 2007 dell inc p/n jy011 compared with Microsoft windows xp
professional service pack 2 2005 dell inc p/n jd153 ?

The reason of my question is that;

If I install Dell OS service pack 2 2005 in our company computer, users do
not have problem with I.E browser to interconnect with Oracle
Jinitiator.(click opening Jinitiator different session several times , it
causes no problem)

But If I install Dell OS sevice pack 2 2007 in some computers, user have a
problem with I.E browser to interconnect with Oracle Jinitiator;

(click opening Jinitiator different session several times , it causes I.E
browser hung but if user opens one session oracle Jinitiator, it works fine.

but If user closes first session oracle Jinitiator and go to another session
oracle Jinitiator, IE browser was hung)

error message-two item remaining and I.E brower was hung. we have to force
it to close.

once again, Dell OS service pack 2 2005 does not cause any problem. would
you mind tell me what is big difference between OS service pack 2 2007 and OS
service pack 2 2005?

also would you mind find which component service cause this kind problem?
