I've been trying to download a patch for the "worm"
problem but I keep getting an error message which states
NTDLL.DLL:NtShutdownSystem.
is missing. Where do I go to fix this problem?

My guess is that your OS is not NT based OS? Are you trying to install this
on a Win 95/98/Me machine? Windows 95/98/Me are unaffected by this latest
worm.
