my c:\system volume information is infected with I-Worm/Netsky.
my antivirus programs AVG and FxNetsky can't scan this file, how could I remove the wor
from my system

I would suggest turning-off System Restore, reboot, turn it back on
and then defrag. The worm has infiltrated your System Restore files.
