Workstation lock

Where are the settings for the lock workstation policy?
If one of my users does not use his computer for five
minutes, it goes into the workstation lock and he must
login again. Where can I disable the setting or at least
extend the time on locking?

Thank you!

This is simply the Screen Saver timeout. Right click the Desktop and select Properties, Screen Saver tab. Change the timeout value, or uncheck the box On resume......................
